According to Wikipedia:
In Roman mythology, Janus is the god of gates, doors, doorways, beginnings, endings and time
an apt ancient god to symbolize the end of a year, the beginning of a new year.
This has been a wonderful year for me and, I hope, for all of you too. My life has changed in ways I could never have foreseen: I have made countless new friends; I have moved from one continent to another; I have traveled; I have loved and been loved. I have fulfilled my desire to write and, to a certain extent, achieved some success with the words I’ve put to paper.
For my last post of this year I would like to thank all of you for being with me during this time, for sharing it in your own ways. I hope that you will continue to share my journey with me through the coming year as I move on to new experiences, begin university and all that goes with it.
I wish you all, those who come here regularly, those who comment, those who simply pass through without a word, a happy, prosperous and fulfilling New Year. May all your good dreams come true.
Love & Kisses, Viki.
