The lottery this week probably brought a few very short-lived smiles to many faces with the draw 3, 13, 23, 33, 38, 49 and end number 5. I say short-lived because it was at ten million Euro, which is a good sum to win, but the winner wasn’t alone this time. Normally either one or two people are lucky enough to get the top prize here, choosing their numbers alone and taking the chance of one to one hundred and thirty million. This time it was shared by nine families, a total of just over one million and seventy thousand for each.
Not to be outdone, the second prize, the same numbers but without the end number, could also have been a good one to win; a total of just over two million in the pot. Also not to be: sixty-people shared the win with nearly thirty thousand each.
Then came the next win chance, five correct numbers and the end number: forty-five shared it. Or the final big one: five correct without the end number. Here it really smacked home: more than ten thousand six hundred winners.
Sometimes winning isn’t quite what you imagine it to be. And, no, I wasn’t one of the lucky ones….
Love & Kisses, Viki.
