Some offers are just too good to turn down, which is why they are there and why, in business-speak, they are called Loss Leaders. A supermarket, for example, offers an item for considerably less than anyone else to get customers into their shop, and hides the item near the back of the store so that people see all the other things on offer and, hopefully, buys more than just the one item.
Other ‘offers’ just make you shake your head and wonder why someone went to all the trouble of creating an advertisement in the first place and, of course, who is likely to fall for it?
I bet some people do, though.
Love & Kisses, Viki.
