The Two Faces
It’s strange how the Internet can cause seemingly normal people to suddenly become something we never expected. There is something about the perceived level of anonymity which brings out the worst in some, and airs their true character for all to see.

Some people claim that it is the alcohol speaking, when so many seem to Tweet drunk. I tend to think that it is more this belief that they can say anything they want; no one is going to catch them; no one is going to see their history; no one can relate.

And still, it is all there, a reflection of our modern day society where anything goes, so long as we believe no one is able to react in Real Life. It makes me understand why so many employers – whether they are allowed to or not – check out social media to see whether the person they’ve just interviewed is real, or the devil incarnate.
Love & Kisses, Viki.
