Don’t you just love it when someone expresses their love for another person, or their love of a small action, through Twitter? Doesn’t it just make your day to see endless Tweets of how wonderful a person is, all their cute habits, right down to the smallest detail?

Fine, some people need it. Some people really do need to express their love, their affection, their dependence through social media. I have no real problem with that; I hope they also do it in person and that these signs of affection are not the tip of a stalking iceberg.

However, there are some affectionate, loving Tweets out there which just seem to escalate too quickly, or in the wrong direction if your imagination is that way inclined:

I’m sure this was all meant in the best possible taste, but the first Tweet was sufficient; no one really needed the graphic depth of the second!
